All products available on [artstudiospain.es] are Digital Downloads. We do not ship physical products to your home address. No physical items, papers, or cards will be mailed.
2. Shipping Cost
We offer $0.00 Worldwide Shipping on all orders. Since there is no physical handling or transportation involved, shipping is always free.
3. Delivery Time
- Instant Access: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email containing the link to access your Canva template or digital file.
- Processing Time: Delivery is immediate (usually within 1–5 minutes after checkout).
4. Where is my link?
If you cannot find the delivery email, please:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Ensure you provided the correct email address during checkout.
- Check the "Promotions" tab if you are using Gmail.
5. Issues with Delivery
If for any reason you do not receive your digital link within 30 minutes of purchase, please contact us immediately at jlsanchez030491@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +34 633 76 22 98. We will manually resend your files as soon as possible.
