Refund Policy

1. Digital Products - No Refunds

At ART STUDIO, we offer digital products only (editable Canva templates, instant downloads, and access links). Due to the nature of digital goods and their immediate delivery upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once the order has been processed.

2. The ONLY Exception: Duplicate Orders

Refunds are strictly limited to cases of confirmed duplicate orders. A duplicate order is defined as:

  • The same customer (same email or payment method) purchasing the exact same product twice within a 24-48 hour period.
  • In such cases, we will refund the duplicate transaction while maintaining the original purchase.

3. How to Request a Duplicate Order Refund

To request a refund for a duplicate purchase, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at admin@artstudiospain.es with:

  • Order numbers for both transactions.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • A brief explanation regarding the error.

4. Processing and Timelines

Once your request is verified:

  • Approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated within 1–3 business days.
  • If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Please note that banks or credit card providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account. 

5. Technical Support

If you encounter technical difficulties accessing your link, downloading files, or editing in Canva, please reach out to admin@artstudiospain.es We are here to help you solve any issues. Technical difficulties do not qualify for a refund unless the order is a duplicate.

6. Fraud and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to deny future service to any user who abuses this refund policy or initiates unjustified chargebacks. All transaction data is logged and will be used as evidence in payment processor disputes.
